Former Use: The Property is owned by Manitowoc Cinema, LLC and was acquired from Peter and Alex Allie on April 1, 2013. City of Manitowoc Assessor records provided in Appendix F is for a larger parcel (larger parcel Tax No.: 052-835-401-010.00) for which the subject Property is a part of (subject Property parcel Tax Nos.: 052-835-401-021.00 and 052-835-401-022.00). The Property was recently acquired and is not currently listed on the Manitowoc County Assessors website. The Site consists of two parcels of land consisting of a total of 13.2 acres and is owned by Manitowoc Cinema, LLC. Currently the Site is utilized for agricultural purposes; there are no buildings present at the Site . The Property is an agricultural field that lies adjacent to a designated wetland area and was historically used as a staging area during the 1970�s construction of I-43. The Property is located adjacent to Interstate Highway I-43 within a prime development area of the City of Manitowoc. The Property was observed to be agriculturally dormant during the Site reconnaissance. The site was developed for agricultural purposes prior to 1938, and has remained in agricultural production to this date. The Property lies adjacent to a designated wetland area and had been previously used as a staging area in the late 1970�s during the construction of I-43.
