Additional Property Attributes

The property currently consists of an office building, a showroom and two automotive repair facilities. Future redeveloped of the site will likely be retail development.

Former Use: 201 North East Street was developed with a residence from at least the early 1920s until the early 1970s, when a surface parking lot was developed for use by Luke Motor Co. The current structure was constructed in the mid-1980s and was occupied by Luke Motor Co. for offices until approximately 2008, when Arlington Dental Health occupied the building. 400 East Division Street was developed with a residence from at least the early 1920s until the late 1950s, when the current commercial structure was developed and occupied by Luke Motor Co. under several different entities until approximately 2008. In 2010, Sami�s Auto Sales occupied the structure. 500 East Division Street was developed with a residence from at least the early 1920s and a residence and St. Williams Catholic Church in the late 1940s. By the late 1950s, portions of the current commercial structure were constructed and occupied by Luke Motor Co. under several different entities. In the late 1970s, an addition was made to the structure. The structure was occupied by Luke Motor Co. until approximately 2008, when Luke Motor Co. vacated the site and the structure has remained vacant. 506 East Division Street was developed with a residence from at least the early 1920s until the late 1950s, when a commercial structure was constructed and in the late 1960s, when there was an addition to the structure and an additional office constructed. By the late 1970s, the current commercial structure was constructed and the office structure remained. By the mid-1990s, the office structure was demolished and the area was converted into a parking lot. The structure was occupied by Luke Motor Co. under several entities from 1960 until approximately 2008, when the current Arlington Auto Center occupied the structure.
