Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of an automotive dealership and repair shop and future use will likely be retail development.

Former Use: The site consisted of two residences from at least 1911 until the mid-1920s, when a filling station with two gas tanks was located on the northwest portion of the site and two residences were located on the eastern portion of the site. By 1942, the filling station was demolished and the two residences remained on-site. From the late 1940s to the late 1960s, a tourist court, one restaurant and two residences were located on-site. In 1970, the current on-site structure was constructed. The sites address has been historically identified as 320 and 330 East Division Street and was occupied by Luke Pontiac Used Cars from the early 1970s until the mid-1990s, when Silver Station occupied the site. By the 2000s, the site was occupied by Champion Motors, Inc. and Daps Stop N Shop.
