Additional Property Attributes

The site was a former automotive facility, which is currently being redeveloped into an office/warehouse.

Former Use: The site was developed with a residence from at least the early 1940s until 1965, when the on-site building was constructed. The Fort Worth Star Telegram and Citizen Journal Inc. occupied the site in the mid to late 1960s; Hyden-Stiles GMC Trucks, Inc. occupied the site in the late 1970s; Luke Honda occupied the site from the early 1980s through 2006 and used the site as a parts warehouse; Advance Auto Detail and International Auto Sales were on-site in 2006 and the building has been vacant since approximately 2008.
