Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in early 2014 revealed no RECs per ASTM E152-05. An asbestos survey of residual structures remaining on site (shed and carport) revealed no ACMs in amounts exceeding threshold criteria As such, no special handling of materials is required during demolition, and no additional assessment is recommended.
