Former Use: The site consists of 0.91 acres located on the north side of Highland Avenue Northeast. The site is located on a commercial/industrial avenue in a mixed residential and commercial/industrial area. A 4,050 square-foot (ft2) building located on the northwest end of the site and an adjacent storage shed are the only structures on the site. The building was occupied by Holland Alignment Service from 1991 to the time of the site reconnaissance, although operations ceased October 4, 2013. Based on a review of reasonably ascertainable records, the site was subdivided from a larger parcel in 1991 and the automobile alignment shop was constructed the same year. Between 1960 and 1991, the site was a portion of the parking lot for the adjacent property, 871 Hickory Avenue Northeast. The 871 Highland Avenue Northeast property was developed in 1960 as United States Hosiery Corporation and was later occupied by a grocery store, which was its use at the time the site was subdivided. Historical city directories indicate that in the 1990s and 2000s, 871 Hickory Avenue Northeast was owned by Automated Solutions, LLC, Automated Manufacturing Systems, LLC, and Forcam Inc
