Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources, presented in the April 2014 Phase I ESA performed by PM, documented that the subject property was vacant land with an unpaved driveway located along the eastern portion of the property from the 1940s through the 1960s. Ground disturbance was located in the eastern portion of the property in at least 1940 and became more widespread, occupying the majority of the property from at least 1961 until at least 1964. The ground disturbance during at least the 1960s was associated with a former City of Novi landfill. The current buildings were constructed in 1966 (retail building), 1968 (southern warehouse), and 1989 (northern warehouse) with an addition constructed to the southern warehouse building in 1984. A small shed was constructed in the northern portion of the subject property between 2000 and 2006. The property was occupied by a lumber yard and hardware store from initial construction until vacated around 2011.
