Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site was developed with a building and utilized as a filling station from at least 1950 through 1958, although the exact duration of filling station operations is unknown. A portion of the site was also used as a car wash until 1958. The buildings were demolished at some point after 1958, and the Site was undeveloped again from at least 1965 through 1977. In 1979, a 3,632-square-foot building was constructed for use as an automotive repair facility. The property is currently owned by Arthur Searight who is delinquent on payment of real property taxes.
