Former Use: From 1957 to 1985 the subject property was used for sand and gravel mining, UST cleaning and scrapping and repair work of USTs, and heavy equipment storage. Between 1957 and 1964, a commercial building was constructed on the southern portion of the subject property. Former tenants included D&H Richman Excavating, Equipment Leasing Company, C.A.R.S. Group, Inc., and Michigan Environmental Services.
