Additional Property Attributes

A theater dating from the early twentieth century is being restored for use as an arts performance space. Redevelopment timeline unknown.

Former Use: Past uses of the property include residential (pre 1910), movie theater, restaurant, night club, and lamp retail/repair shop. It has been vacant sine the 1990s. The immediate past owner was a private party (individual) who did not occupy the building for any use. The property is currently held by a non-profit land bank. Ultimately, title is intended to be transferred to an arts non-profit, the Victoria Theater Arts Initiative.
