Additional Property Attributes

The four parcels included in this assessment is part of a larger redevelopment effort that includes an additional 14 parcels including the historic Lyerlie Mill. AMEC offers the following opinions regarding the findings: Small amounts of trash and debris on the site - Scattered trash was observed on both parcels and a small pile of demolition debris was observed on Parcel 1. None of the trash or debris appeared to include petroleum products or hazardous materials, and thus would not trigger regulatory action. Therefore, this is not a REC.

Former Use: The site consists for two properties located in Hickory, Catawba County, North Carolina (site). Parcel 1 is approximately 0.92 acres of currently vacant and undeveloped land, located at 409 Highland Avenue SE and Parcel 2 is approximately 1.00 acre of currently vacant and wooded land, located at 425 Highland Avenue SE. Based upon historical research, the site was developed with residential dwellings from at least 1925 until sometime between 1993 and 2005. The site has since been vacant and undeveloped.
