Additional Property Attributes

The development will consist of a retail and restaurant center with national food and coffee tenants.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources document the subject property was developed in 1949 with the original portion of the western hotel building. Prior to that time, the property was vacant land. An addition was constructed in 1969 and an additional hotel building was constructed in the northeastern portion between 1967 and 1974. The property has been occupied by various hotels since initial development.
