Additional Property Attributes

A gas station was previously located on the Property. The Property is identified by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) as a Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site. Based on the assessment and review at the IDNR, the LUST site has a certificate of No Further Action and has therefore, been addressed to the satisfaction of the applicable regulatory authority, with hazardous substances or petroleum products allowed to remain place subject to the implementation of required controls. Therefore, no additional research is warranted at this time.
