Convert existing warehouse into a showroom/distribution facility for worldwide part and engine distribution

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred prior to 1940 with agricultural fields. The property was utilized for agricultural purposes until between 1957 and 1963. The property was vacant land until between 1976 and 1978, when the current building was constructed. The interior of the building was likely finished between 1976 and early 1980s. The subject building historically contained up to eight tenant spaces, and the former occupants included various office/engineering; wholesale; warehousing; and silkscreen/embroidering operations.
