Additional Property Attributes

Possible medical office building complex or an entertainment complex with restaurants.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources indicate the original development of the northern subject parcel occurred prior to 1940, with the construction of a dwelling in the eastern portion. Additional dwellings and associated garages were constructed in the eastern portions of the northern parcel between 1940 and 1949. The residential dwellings and garages were demolished between 1972 and 1974, and the central and eastern portion of the current dealership building was constructed between 1974 and 1975. An addition was constructed to the western portion of the building in 1995 to expand the collision repair shop. The subject property was occupied by Audette Cadillac from 1975 to 2010, and was utilized for automotive sales, service, and collision repair/painting. The operations ceased in 2010, and the subject building was vacant until January 2014, when Consumers Energy began leasing the western portion of the building and western parking lot for equipment/materials storage.
