Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site has been utilized as a farm and agricultural land since the early 1800s. In the 1960s to 2008 buildings were on the site. An area of dumping was observed on the property, which instigated the Phase II to be undertaken. After completion of the Phase II, the property owner removed the debris and is actively pursuing redevelopment of the site for commercial, residential and greenspace uses.
