Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was used as vacant undeveloped land or used for agriculture since at least the late 1930s. According to the aerial photographs, no residential homes or farmsteads are depicted since at least the late 1930s. Mr. Osborn reported that the Lions Club would use the property for demolition derby events and summer festival activities. Historic City records provided by the City of Yale indicated no evidence of buildings constructed at the property. No indications of remnant vehicle parts or indications of fluid releases/spills (e.g., soil staining, distressed vegetation) potentially associated with historic demolition derby activities were noted.
