Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was a gas station many years ago. It currently has a restaurant on the property which used to be the pay station/mini store for the gas station. The restaurant is not very nice looking. Most of the customers are students from the local High School and Middle School across the street. During the holidays they use part of the parking space as a Christmas Tree Lot. The site has an old "Perry's" sign. This is the name of the restaurant that was closed down a few years ago. The new Mexican restaurant owner has not been very cooperative in providing access to the property owner. This site is an eye sore for the community and can use some serious upgrade. With it being a cleaned property the possibilities would be greater.
