Based on Phase I ESA completed in August-September 2014, this facilty has RECs associated with the site's petroleum storage systems (current and historical), as well as extensive on-site above-ground storage/use/handling of diesel fuels and acetone. Historical fuel storage occured prior to State regulation. An asbestos screening conducated as part of the Phase I ESA revealed extensive amounts of ACMs that will require special handling as part of planned demo and renovation activities.

Former Use: Site is the former Community Hospital of New Port Richey. There is no documented prior land use.
