Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources documents the property was developed in 1936 with a dwelling in the northern portion. Prior to that time, the property was vacant land. Between 1961 and 1963, the dwelling was demolished and a shed was constructed in the central portion. The remainder of the property was utilized for exterior storage associated with the south adjoining distributing and warehousing occupant. The shed was demolished between 1974 and 1975, and exterior storage ceased between 1980 and 1990. The property was vacant land until 1992, when the current building was constructed. The property was occupied Barney Brack Company, a cosmetics distributor, from at least 1996 to 1997; Service Master Central Company, a home cleaning service company, from 1996 to 2000; Dalton Carpet Cleaners from 1996 to 2000; and has been occupied by Primis Healthcare Systems, a medical supplies distributor, since at least 2000.
