Additional Property Attributes

The site was previously used as a coal export facility between approximately 1900 and 1950. The site has no uses since that time.

Former Use: The property operated as a coal export facility between around 1900 and 1950. Additionally, the northern adjacent property was the location of a fertilizer manufacturer. The northern and western adjacent properties have been used as a fuel import/export facility for at least 50 years.
