Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of three parcels located along the Black River. The original buildings were constructed prior to1887 and have since been demolished, the current buildings being constructed in the early 1920s. There have been various occupants for the three parcels including: automotive paint shops, warehousing, offices, grocery stores, machine shops, print shops and woodworking shops. In 2001, there was environmental investigations for the purchase of the three parcels, and Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs) were conducted and identified each of the parcels as a �facility� as defined in Part 201.
