Former Use: Standard and historical sources document the property was originally developed between 1940 and 1949 with agricultural fields. Prior to that time, the property was vacant land. Between 1952 and 1957, agricultural operations ceased and the property was vacant land until 1967, when a building was constructed in the southeastern portion. In 1968 and 1969, two additional buildings were constructed in the western portion. The buildings were occupied by various professional offices from at least 1967 until 2010, when the buildings were demolished. The property has been vacant land since that time.
