Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property encompasses approximately 2.4 acres of land and is currently a vacant gravel and grass lot.The subject property is located on the west side of Highway 7 (Craft Street) and north side of JM Ash Drive. Aerial photographs from 1963 to 1985 showed the property was developed with one or two small buildings on the northeast property boundary; however, the scale and quality of the aerial photographs are too poor to discern details. The aerial that first clearly showed the site developed as gasoline station was dated 1992, but the four 8,000-gallon USTs were installed in 1980. The USTs were removed in 2011 and the MDEQ issued a NFA letter on August 24, 2012. The property is owned by Cousins Travel Centers, LLC.
