Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is irregularly-shaped and comprised of approximately 1.66 acres of industrial land and is developed with a one-story, 11,781 square-foot manufacturing building and a garage. At the time of Site reconnaissance, the consultant observed three ASTs containing fuel, degreaser and unidentified substances. The ASTs were in visibly poor condition. The consultant also observed containers of hydraulic and engine oil, and/or unidentified substances both outside and inside of the building on the Site. The containers observed were in poor condition and staining was observed around the majority of the containers. In addition, at least 200 linear fluorescent light bulbs were observed inside the building. Many appeared to be broken or otherwise in poor condition. The areas of staining observed throughout the Site, overall poor condition of containers of hazardous,petroleum and/or unidentified substances, and historical industrial use of the Site represent a REC in connection with the Site.
