Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed pre-1907 as residential property. The northern portion of Property was redeveloped in the late 1900s as an Elks Lodge. Additional redevelopment included a movie theatre and a filling station in the 1920s, a bakery in the 1930s and a greenhouse in the 1950s. The filling station with seven underground storage tanks (USTs) in three separate areas was located on the southeast corner of the Property from the 1920s to early 1970s. Review of historical records depicted the adjacent property use to the southwest as machine shop with a UST and an automotive sales and service building. In July 2015, the property was purchased by CDJ OPPORTUNITIES LLP.
