Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed in the late 1910s as a Standard Oil Company facility with an oil storage warehouse and automotive garage. Expansion of the Standard Oil Company facility continued into the 1940s with the addition of a tank warehouse containing six aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) used for the storage of petroleum products, a gasoline underground storage tank (UST) and a painting building. Review of historical records depicted the adjacent property use to the east as a bulk oil storage and distribution facility with eight ASTs used to store gasoline, kerosene and oil and the adjacent property to the west with a gasoline UST. The Property is occupied by a two-story 8,200 square-foot (sf) warehouse building with basement (former Standard Oil tank and oil warehouses) currently used by Creative Concrete for miscellaneous storage; an attached 624 sf former boiler building; a 750 sf slab-on-grade small warehouse currently undergoing renovation; and a 2,772 sf shop and office building (former Standard Oil automotive garage and painting building) currently occupied by The Shop, an automotive repair shop.
