Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: the subject property was first developed between 1907 and 1915 as Finley Lumber Company on the northern portion of the property. A bulk gas and oil facility was constructed on the southwestern portion of the subject property prior to 1925 with three gasoline tanks inside of a structure along with 3 exterior storage tanks. A large volume AST located north of the warehouses along a gravel path appears to have stored water as part of the warehouse fire suppression system. The facility currently consists of two large warehouses that encompass approximately 50,000 square feet on an approximately four acre parcel of land. The buildings were constructed in several phases at different times using different materials between 1959 and 1963. The older building to the west is wood d with wood floors on pier and beam supports. The eastern building had concrete foundations with steel beam d ceilings and a cement northern wall. The current property owner, Mr. Kelly Jordan, stated that he has owned the facility for approximately five years.
