Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is occupied by a single-story 8,660 square-foot slab-on grade warehouse and an attached two-story 1,470 sf slab-on-grade office building. The buildings were constructed in the 1960s. The ground surface around the buildings is gravel covered. The Property was initially developed in the early 1960s as a used tractor parts and tractor repair business until circa 2000. The current Property owner has utilized the Property to house a construction business and an automotive repair shop. The Property is bordered to the north and west by a parking lot for the State Fair; 27th Street SE and beyond by the Kalix Recycling Center to the east; a storage yard for Minot Auto Sales to the south and west. The Souris River is located approximately 1,300 feet to the south.
