Mixed use development

Former Use: The parcels, identified as 400 E 10 Mile Rd and parking lot, were initially developed prior to 1940 with a coal and fuel storage. These operations ceased in the late 1970s, and the current building was constructed and utilized for manufacturing operations from the 1970s until 1990s. Operations ceased in the late 1990s, and the building has been utilized for mostly warehousing with limited manufacturing by Walker Wire since then.The parcels, identified as 660 E 10 Mile Rd included industrial development in the northern portion of the property in the mid-1940s, with the beginning of Walker Wire�s operations. The building was occupied by various wire and steel companies, from initial development in the 1940s until the mid2000s. The parcel identified as 3351 Bermuda St was initially developed in the 1940s. The building was occupied by a small machine shop 1950 until 1975. The building was purchased by Walker Wire in the early 1980s, and utilized as an office. The parcel identified as 3291 Bermuda St had a small tin shop on the property in the mid1960s. All former buildings were demolished by 1980 and converted to concrete surface. The parcel identified as 3281 Bermuda St was converted to a concrete paved storage lot for Walker Wire in the late 1970s. The current hazardous materials storage building was constructed in 1992. The parcel identified as 3265 Bermuda St was developed with portions of the current building constructed in the mid-1940s with various additions. Former occupants included machinery manufacturers and tooling companies through the 1980s. The parcel identified as 3155 Bermuda St was initially developed in the mid1940s with portions of the current industrial building, with additions in the 1950s. The property was occupied by a nut and bolt manufacturer from at least 1950 until 1985. The building has been generally utilized for limited warehousing since that time.
