Additional Property Attributes

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) conducted a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at 1235 Enterprise in Ottawa, Kansas. The BTA was conducted for the City of Ottawa, who currently owns the property and intends to assist a potential purchaser in redeveloping the property for commercial or industrial use. Based on the Phase I report, no Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) were identified and the property is cleared for redevelopment.

Former Use: The site consists of approximately 4.1 acres located north of Enterprise Street and west of North Davis Avenue, in Ottawa, Kansas. The site is currently vacant and utilized as hay field and has primarily been used as such historically. The site is generally located in an urban setting, consisting primarily of residential development. The City of Ottawa is the current owner of the property and has been the owner since the early 1990s.
