Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is developed with a main building, including offices and warehouse, located on the center of property, a warehouse located on the southwest corner of the property, and two smaller buildings located north of main building. A water tower is located on the property to the west of the smaller buildings and to the north of the main building. Parking areas constructed of gravel or concrete are present to the south, southwest, and southeast of main building. One paved drive allows access from Highway 178 onto the west side of the property. According to historical aerial photographs, the property was developed commercially in 1963. City directories indicated the property being operated as Coleman Engineering, Inc. in 1999 and Abby Manufacturing Company in 2008. According to the property owner representative, the target property has been used for industrial purposes throughout its developed history. The last company to use the property was Abby Manufacturing Company, Inc, an industrial company that produces fabricated steel and aluminum products. Abby Manufacturing obtained the property approximately in 2002 or 2003 and ended business and left the property vacant in 2008. The current property owner is Justin Hall.
