Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 2.4 acres developed with an approximately 30,455-square foot, two story former school building.The Lansing Regional Brownfield Coalition is currently assisting the current property owner, the Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority, with its efforts to market and stage the vacant school property for future redevelopment. Further Phase II sampling in on hold until a future us is identified.

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 2.4 acres developed with an approximately 30,455-square foot, two story former school building. The remainder of the Property is developed with asphalt-paved parking, concrete sidewalks, and grassed lawns. The Property was utilized as a meeting hall and a school from at least 1893 through 2007. Multiple additions were built between 1913 and 1955. The building has remained vacant since 2007. The current property owner is the Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority, The known immediate past owner was Commerce Center of Leslie, LLC.
