Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was conducted in 2015 that revealed potential impacts associated primarily with adjacent properties (petroleum storage, auto repair) which indicated the potential for migrating petroleum and solvent impacts. In addition, an unknown pipe was found associated with the on-site historical warehouse that warrants additional investigation (likely nothing of concern - but still unknown use). Concurrent with Phase I ESA activities, an asbestos and lead-based paint survey was conducted; and subsequently air monitoring services were provided as part of asbestos abatement. A Phase II ESA was partially completed (QAPP, lab kits ordered, drilling permits, etc.) but cancelled at the request of the site owner.

Former Use: Furniture warehouse, church ownership, Salvation Army facility and residential.
