Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This property was a gas station from roughly 1938 to 1984, known in its latter days as either Schwenk's Gas Station or Schwink's Gas Station. Some hydrocarban contamination was identified in 2002, but was below screening levels. Montana DEQ issued a letter of no further action in 2011. In 2016, a Phase II testing and analysis was shared with DEQ; DEQ agreed that the NFA was still valid.
