Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II was conducted and consisted for 4 soil bores that were soil sampled and analyzed. The 4 soil bores were converted into temporary groundwater monitoring wells, where groundwater was sampled and analyzed. The soil and groundwater were analyzed for BTEX, PAHs and total lead. All soil and groundwater samples were below applicable cleanup levels. Following the assessment, MDEQ issued a letter, dated October 20, 2016 stating that no further action is needed at this time.
