Additional Property Attributes

A new purchaser intends to buy the building to make renovations for a new auto service garage operations to expand their presence in the United States.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the current building was constructed in 1970, on previously vacant and/or agricultural land. Various additions were constructed to the current building from the 1990s and 2000s. The property was occupied by Discount Tire from construction until March 2016 and has been vacant of occupants since that time.
