Additional Property Attributes

A local church, Mr. Ararat Baptist Church, are planning to redevelop this property for office and community use, including incubator space. The Larimer neighborhood is a low-moderate income minority neighborhood that is within close proximity to the new Google facility in Pittsburgh. The completion of the Phase I was put on hold, as the Buyer, Seller and Urban Redevelopment Authority negotiate issues related to funding and timing.

Former Use: The site is currently in use as a auto part reconstruction business. There is a multi-story building along with about a half acre of ground. The owner is looking to sell, Mt. Ararat Church wants to purchase the site, but is in need of financing support from the Urban Redevelopment Authority. The parties are working through development issues.
