Additional Property Attributes

Site wide surface and sub surface soils and fill materials are a concern. Strong Petroleum odors below 10-23 ft indicate petroleum contamination. Asbestos contamination due to Phase I along with the use of UST. Environmental site assessments by Trileaf Corp. showed USTs as environmental concerns and asbestos on some of the fuel oil tanks. Phase I and Phase II Reports have been taken and have been shown dating back to the historical usage being a dry cleaners, junk yard, fuel yard, midwest mower factory and a watlow electirc manufacturing company.
