Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historical records reviewed indicate that the subject property has existed as a partially forested lot since at least 1953. No structures are currently visible on the subject property and no historical records indicate the previous presence of structures at the site. Mr. Wayne LeSueur stated that the subject property has been in the family for generations and the subject property had been wooded during his ownership of the site and that he was not aware of any previous development. Mr. LeSueur informed PPM that the site is currently used to raise and train horses and that sections had been fenced off the control the animals� movement.
