Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historical records reviewed indicate that the subject property whas existed as a partially forested land on the western portions of the site and agricultural cropland lot since at least 1953. The former cropland use appeared to have ended sometime between 1996 and 2005 and this area is now overgrown with thick grass and young trees. An intermittent creek crosses from the southeast traveling north through the site before exiting near the northeast corner. Two ponds were noted on the subject property, with one approximately 30,000 square foot pond along the western boundary and a 3,000 square foot pond near the southeast corner. The ponds do not appear to be part of any industrial processes or waste storage. No structures are currently visible on the subject property and no historical records indicate the previous presence of structures at the site.
