Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Marshall county city directory�s earliest records of the target property are from 1992. According to the city directory, the target property has operated as a gasoline station since 1992 when a Wrights Texaco Station was registered at the target property�s address. Street�s Standard Service Station and Street�s Chevron Station were listed at other addresses in 1992. The target property is listed in the MDEQ UST and LUST database. According the MDEQ UST database, the property has not operated as an active gasoline station since 1996 when the fuel tanks located on site were filled in with peat gravel and are currently listed as temporarily out of service. Mr. Street stated that the facility was utilized for automotive repair during operating years as a gasoline station. Two service garages are located on the north side of the main store building and a hydraulic lift is located on the south side of the main store building.
