Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to historical fire insurance maps, the property has historically been used as a gasoline station since at least 1949. Fire insurance maps indicated there were no improvements on the property between 1902 and 1925. The property has not been an active filling station since at least 1975 when Connie Campbell purchased the property. The UST system that was likely used by the former filling station could not be located during field reconnaissance on February 22, 2016 and is not listed in the MDEQ UST database. The property was used as a fruit stand for the past 30 years, but was closed at the beginning of 2016 according to Connie Campbell.
