Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was a repository for numerous scrap tires and listed as a Priority Enforcement List (PEL) waste tire facility. Commercial owners of the subject property since development in the late 1970s have included Houston Carbon Company, Intenco, Ithaca Carbon, and Enercon Holdings. This absence of information regarding the operations, chemical usage, and disposal practices is considered a recognized environmental condition (REC).
