Additional Property Attributes

The city of Kimball is seeking to promote redevlopment of the site for beneficial use (e.g., hotel). Previous activities at the site included the removal of USTs and dispenser islands associated with a former gas station operations. Though contaminated soil excavation activities occured in the past, some contaminated soil was left in place. Phase 2 ESA identifies small areas of lacalized soil and groundwater contamination around the previous pump islands and south of the previous UST cavity.

Former Use: Site operated as a truck stop/gas station from 1963-1997. In 1997, 10 of 11 USTs were purged and removed. Tak 1 was removed prior to 1997,
