Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document that the property was vacant from at least 1937 until the southern portion of the current building was constructed in 1948. The northern portion was completed in 1952. The property was occupied by Rickcraft Manufacturing Company (specific manufacturing operations unknown) from at least 1952 until 1972, Astro Tune-Up from 1972 to 1973, Marcus Tire Company from 1972 to 1973, various professional offices from 1975 to 1979; Auto City Piggyback, a transporter of goods, from 1981 to 1982; Bursma Electronic from 1993 to 1997; Ziebart Speedy Auto, an automotive glass design and repair shop, from 1999 to 2003; veterinary hospital from 1984 to 1991, Hanson�s Windows in 2010; and has been occupied by Custom Printing of Michigan since 1996 and TDS Family Martial Arts between 2012 and 2016.
