Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the property was developed with the current building in 1930. Occupants included various gasoline service stations from at least 1954 until 2000 and various automotive service shops from 2000 until 2016. The building has been unoccupied since sometime in 2016. Due to data failure, the occupants associated with the property from at least 1930 until 1954 could not be determined through review of historical sources; however, based on the layout of the property during that time, the operations were likely similar in nature to those documented historically at the property.
