Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was suspect of containing several former mining operations; however, the EMI study did not identify any anomalies.

Former Use: Available historical records depict the subject property as the following uses: undeveloped/agricultural land from 1938-1957; agricultural uses from 1963-1994 that included three similar structures (chicken coops) along the northern portion of the subject property served by a gravel road in 1963 and 1969 while a similar, fourth structure is shown in 1973, 1978, 1983, and 1994; vacant lot with a recreational trail/parking lot in the eastern portion of the subject property from 2002-2009; and a church from 2010 to the present (recreational trail and parking lot in eastern portion of the subject property remain).
