Additional Property Attributes

This property is an abandoned two story concrete block school constructed in the 1930s. The building includes two additions added at an unknown later date. The original building is in severe disrepair due to lack of upkeep and exposure to the elements. In addition, two above ground storage tanks (ASTs) are at the property. Suspected contaminants for the property include asbestos containing material (ACM), lead based paint (LBP), and petroleum hydrocarbons. Results of the Phase II ESA identified ACM and LBP in the building as the only contaminants present at the Site.

Former Use: The St Francis Indian School would like to demolish the existing bus garage and construct a new garage in its place on the site for expanded purposes.
