Additional Property Attributes

Property to be renovated for a hair salon, supporting a local business.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document the subject property was developed in at least 1926 with a portion of the current building, originally constructed as a dwelling, and shed structure in the southern portion. An additional building and various greenhouses were constructed in the northern and eastern portions of the property between the 1930s and 1940s. The property operated as a greenhouse until between 1963 and 1966, when the northern building and greenhouses were demolished. The former shed structure was demolished and the current shed was constructed between 1974 and 1980. The current building was converted for commercial use in the 1960s, with a southern addition completed to the current building in 1994.
